Lucy pierced my young daughter’s ears, and she was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process. My daughter was extremely nervous, but Lucy took her time, explained everything in a way that made her feel comfortable, and never once rushed her. By the end, my daughter was so proud of her new earrings and absolutely loves them. What really stood out to me was how welcoming and kind everyone was. While Lucy was helping my daughter, her husband and family stepped in to help keep my other kids occupied so I wasn’t overwhelmed trying to manage everyone at once. That level of kindness and genuine care meant so much to me and made the whole experience so much less stressful. I’ve also been tattooed by Miguel in the past, and his work has healed beautifully and still looks fantastic. Between the quality of Miguel’s tattoos and the exceptional experience we had with Lucy for my daughter’s piercing, this has become my go-to shop. Everyone there is down-to-earth, friendly, and truly makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.
